Overview
At Omasup Energy Services, drilling waste is our responsibility from the moment it leaves location. Cuttings are containerised at the wellsite and hauled to an approved treatment facility under manifest, where thermal desorption recovers base oil and returns a dry solid.
Treated material is then routed to approved disposal, with records issued at every transfer.

Our Waste Management Solutions
Collection & Haulage
Cuttings and associated waste are containerised at the wellsite and hauled to an approved treatment facility under manifest, with documented chain of custody at every transfer.
Thermal Desorption
At the facility, oil-contaminated cuttings are thermally treated to recover base oil and return a dry solid within the residual oil limits set under EGASPIN.
Disposal at Approved Sites
Treated solids are routed to approved disposal and recovered base oil is returned for re-use. Waste records are issued to the operator for the full chain.
Key Benefits
- Base oil recovered for re-use
- Treated solids within EGASPIN residual oil limits
- Documented chain of custody, location to facility
- Disposal at approved sites only
- Full waste records issued to the operator
- One provider from collection to final disposal
We treat waste management as a compliance discipline as much as an engineering one. Movements are manifested, treatment is measured against the applicable limits, and the records an operator needs for its own returns are issued as part of the scope.
